TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to the Howl at the Holler (the “Event”) organized by Blackbuck Audio LLC (the “Organizer”), you (the “Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets are non-refundable. The Event will take place rain or shine. In the event that the festival is canceled completely, 100% of the purchase price of tickets will be refunded.
  2. Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Liability Waiver and Release below:LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASEI, the Ticket Holder, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Howl at the Holler (the “Event”) organized by Blackbuck Audio LLC (the “Organizer”).I understand that there are inherent risks and dangers associated with participating in the Event, which may result in personal injury, death, or damage to property. I hereby acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in the Event.In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, and costs, including but not limited to legal fees and expenses, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.I hereby declare that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Release, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
  3. Camping: The Ticket Holder understands that all camping is primitive, and the individual is responsible for all basic needs, including but not limited to shelter, food, and water. The Event, if camping is offered, will have filtered water and porta-potties on-site for use.

By checking the box above, I, the Ticket Holder, hereby declare that I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and the Liability Waiver and Release, and I agree to be bound by their terms.
